Is this enough for a birthday gift?

I%26#039;ve been dating this guy for 3 months. We%26#039;re both poor college students. His 35th is tomorrow and so far all i did was get his cross fixed and supply a chain($15). i have no idea what else to get him, and no cash for anything else. I could charge another item but is this enough? FYI, he got me flowers for my birthday. If i do need to grab something else give me a suggestion

I think that gift is just right, and it%26#039;s the thought that counts! If you really want to give a little extra, buy or make him a card and share some of your favorite memories/inside jokes with one another. Or pamper him a little with a delicious homemade birthday cake! That should hit the spot :)
Reply:I would also suggest cooking for him, and I would go with spaghetti if he likes it. By the time you buy a box of noodles, sauce, 2 baking potatoes, and stuff for a salad you%26#039;ve spent maybe $10 on a meal for 2! If you already have some of the stuff, then it%26#039;s a steal. And actually any kind of pasta dinner would be just as cheap.


I think this along with the chain %26amp; cross would be vey sufficent, if you can%26#039;t afford to fix a meal, the cross and chain are plenty, besides he understands what it%26#039;s like to be a poor college student!
